Reporting channel
The SFA Reporting Channel is how employees, customers, partners or suppliers detect possible irregularities, such as: control failures, internal and external fraud, illegal acts and non-compliance with ethical principles and internal policies. This channel is extremely confidential and secure, guaranteeing impartiality in the management of the matter, in addition to the confidentiality of the identity of those who use it and do not wish to identify themselves.
All information is treated confidentially, and the identity of the declarant will not be revealed.
In the anonymous option, the declarant provides the information, but if it is not sufficient, the verification may not proceed. In both forms there must be commitment and responsibility in describing real and true situations. Remember to inform:
1 – – what happened, happens or will happen;
2 – involved;
3 – – evidence (attach or indicate where it can be found);
4 – other documents and information that are necessary for the complaint.
